Dear Members,It is our pleasure to extend to you an official invitation to this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Friday, 13th November 2026. The meeting will be held in the Dance Studio located within the Ross Milbourne Sports Hall (RMSH).
The AGM is an important event in our annual calendar, and we warmly encourage all members to attend. The meeting will commence promptly at 6:30 PM and conclude at 8:00 PM.
During the AGM, we will conduct the election of the new committee and open the floor for suggestions and discussion of events for the upcoming year. Your presence and participation are invaluable as we collectively shape the future direction of our organisation.
