With a variety of class styles and intensity levels, there’s something for everyone, plus a live DJ keeping the energy high. This week’s class is led by Barre3 and will feature a full-body balanced workout that combines strength conditioning and cardio. Whether you’re just getting started or a seasoned pro, all fitness levels are welcome.
