This Reiki I training is an intimate, fully hands-on, in-person experience designed to gently introduce you to the foundations of Reiki while building confidence through guided practice.

• Learn traditional hand positions for self-healing and offering Reiki to others
• Explore Reiki history, guiding principles, and simple meditation practices
• Develop confidence in working with Universal life-force energy through experiential learning
