Lexi Frier, a fully qualified Teacher (PTLLS) and Reiki Master Teacher, registered with the UK Reiki Federation and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), will guide you on this enriching path. Lexi's has taken the time to put this training through the rigorous process of accreditation to ensure you have the highest possible standard of training. Her experience includes providing Reiki within the NHS to patients on a cancer journey, she has also taken training in mindfulfullness, compassionate mind training and compassionate enquiry, ensuring you receive training of the highest standard.

Just yourself! You may wish to bring a pen, notebook, crystals, a blanket, and comfortable clothing. Please bring a packed lunch for both days. Light refreshments will be provided. Please inform Lexi of any allergies or dietary needs.

There is no designated parking at the venue. There is on street parking nearby and paid parking avaliable at The Fox and Hound pub one minute from the venue. It's also 2 mins walk from Horsforth train station and great public buses.
