Join me for a weekend introduction to Usui / Holy Fire® Reiki Level I: a gentle yet powerful practice that invites greater awareness of energy, balance, and our own capacity for healing.
Reiki is a Japanese hands-on energy healing practice that supports relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. It is not a religion and can be incorporated into your existing spiritual or personal beliefs.
During this training, you’ll learn:
• The history and principles of Reiki
• Reiki techniques and tenets
• Hand positions for self-Reiki and treating others
• How to work with Reiki energy safely and intentionally
• Grounding and energetic protection
• Ways to incorporate Reiki into everyday life
The weekend includes learning, discussion, hands-on practice, and personal experience. Class sizes are intentionally kept small to create space for individual attention, meaningful connection, and a supportive learning environment.
You’ll also receive a take-home manual and a Usui / Holy Fire® III Reiki Level I certificate upon completion.
Class Schedule:
Friday, November 20: 6 - 9 PM
Saturday, November 21: 10 AM - 4 PM
Sunday, November 22: 10 AM - 4 PM
