Join Inspired by Jen for a comprehensive, heart-centered Reiki I and II training designed for those who feel called to deepen their personal healing practice, support others, or begin their journey as a Reiki practitioner.This experiential training blends traditional Usui Reiki, Japanese Reiki techniques, and Holy Fire® energy with the signature Inspired by Jen approach—grounding, reflection, intuitive development, meaningful connection, and sacred self-care.
You will be introduced to Holy Fire® III Reiki energy and learn how to incorporate Reiki into your everyday life for yourself, your family, friends, pets, plants, and so much more! Preregistration is required.
During this training, you will explore:
The history, principles, and foundations of Reiki
The nature of Reiki energy and the human energy system
Reiki hand placements for self-treatment and supporting others
The Reiki Ideals and the development of a personal Reiki practice
Gassho meditation and grounding practices
Byosen Scanning to sense areas where energy may need support
Reiji-Ho for working with inner guidance
Kenyoku, or dry bathing, for energetic clearing
Gyoshi-Ho, the practice of sending Reiki with the eyes
Distance Reiki techniques
The Reiki II symbols, including how to draw, activate, and use them
Holy Fire® Reiki I and II Placements
Giving and receiving a complete Reiki session
Ethical practice, energetic boundaries, and integrating Reiki into everyday life
The course includes lecture, discussion, demonstration, guided experiences, reflection, and generous hands-on practice. Each participant will have the opportunity to give and receive Reiki in a supportive learning environment.
Participants who complete the training will receive a Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki I & II certificate of completion.
8:30am-5:30pm Daily
Includes: start up kit, manual, training and attunement.

Early-bird tuition: $395 through October 31
Regular tuition: $450 beginning November 1
