Bio - Michael Cohen -USAW Level 5 Coach, 2 time USA Head Olympic Coach and USA Olympic Team member (1980). A USOC Coach of the Year twice, Michael has produced medalists at all levels of competition, from National, International, Pan American and Olympic. He has also produced 43 National champions, 82 Jr. National Champions, 32 Jr. World team members, 9 Senior World Team Members (including gold medalists), 4 Youth World team members, 2 Pan American gold medalists, and 4 Olympians. Michael himself is a multi time National Champion, Junior National Champion, Pan American Games medalist, Multi time World Team Member, 4 time Maccabia Games Winner, Olympic Festival team member, and more. Michael is CEO of USA Masters Weightlifting.

3pm - Clean and Jerk and related movements
