FESTIVAL KICKOFF CONCERT

Tickets: $30 General | $20 Students/Seniors/RIGG/BCGS members
Kick off the 11th URI Guitar and Mandolin Festival with an open-air afternoon of local legends (Duke Robillard, Blues Guitar) and exciting new ensembles (Atlantic Mandolin Quartet, URI Student performers) in one of South County’s most beloved venues.

- 12:00 PM – Andrew Ozwinkle (classical guitar)
- 12:30 PM – Heybrajan Tamariz (classical guitar)
- 1:00 PM – Atlantic Mandolin Quartet (classical mandolin)
- 2:00 PM – Duke Robillard (blues guitar)
- 3:00 PM – Friendly Fowl (URI student jazz/blues rock band)
Sit at the picnic tables or bring your own blanket or lawn chair and enjoy the many genres which celebrate the guitar & mandolin! Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the General Stanton Inn's snack shack, as well as inside at the restaurant.

- All ages welcome – This is a family-friendly community event.
- Doors open at 11:30 AM – First performance begins at 12:00 PM.
- Location: The concert takes place outdoors under the tent at the General Stanton Inn, 4115 Old Post Rd, Charlestown, RI.
- Parking: Free on-site parking is available in the lower grass lot.
- Seating: Please bring your own chairs or blankets. Some limited seating will be available at picnic tables and under the tent.
- Food: Concessions and Cocktails are be available for purchase on-site. Bring an appetite- the food is delicious!
- Weather: The event is tented and will proceed rain or shine.
