Whether you're an experienced artist or just getting started, everyone is welcome! Bring your favorite sketchbook and drawing supplies, find a spot that inspires you, and enjoy a relaxing morning of sketching with fellow creatives.
✏️ What to Expect:
• 10:00 AM – Meet at The Exchange courtyard, say hello, and find a sketching spot.
• 10:15–11:45 AM – Explore and sketch at your own pace.
• 12:00 PM – Gather for our sketchbook throwdown! Share what you've created, chat, and take a group photo.
🎒 What to Bring:

• Pens, pencils, watercolors, or your favorite art supplies
• A portable stool or chair (optional)
• Warm layers — November in Colorado can be unpredictable!
☀️ Weather permitting! We're crossing our fingers for sunshine and a beautiful fall morning. Watch this event page for updates if the weather doesn't cooperate.
A Few Things to Know:
✨ All ages and skill levels are welcome.
✨ This is a free, casual gathering — no instruction or experience required.
✨ Sketch on location and capture what you see in your own unique style.
✨ Come alone or bring a friend!
Urban sketching is about capturing the world around us, one drawing at a time. It's not about making perfect art — it's about observing, creating, and connecting with our community.
We hope to see you there!
