In the heart of the city lies a pocket of peace. Join us at Ladera Park for an intimate, guided journey designed to help you shed the noise of the week and return to your center. This isn't just a yoga class; it’s a curated experience of stillness, nature, and community.
The Experience
Our 65-minute reset is divided into three intentional phases:
- The Silent Walk (20 Minutes): We begin at our meeting spot with a single chime of the singing bowl. You will receive a Mindful Focus Card—a tactile, hand-held guide to anchor your thoughts as you wander toward the oaks. Every few minutes, the chime will ring again, calling you to take one deep, conscious breath, notice exactly where you are, and continue your journey in silence.
- The Movement (35+ Minutes): Once we reach the dappled shade of the oak grove, we transition from the internal journey to the physical. We will move through a grounding yoga flow designed to integrate the peace of your walk into your body.
- The Integration (5 Minutes): We conclude our journey by bringing the stillness of the park into the center of our being. As we settle into our final resting pose, the "doing" is officially done. This is your time to absorb the frequency of the trees, the rhythm of your breath, and the shift in your energy.Before we depart, we’ll share one final collective breath and a moment of gratitude. You’ll leave with your Mindful Focus Card in hand—a physical anchor to help you carry this "park peace" back into your city life.
