Join us on Tuesday, December 1, from 6-8 PM for a special edition of Upstream Brewing's Beer Class, where we're putting the spotlight on rich, hearty malts and the flavors they bring to your favorite brews.
Led by Upstream's longtime bartender and beer enthusiast Bryan Swotek, this guided tasting will explore the role malt plays in brewing, from the depth and complexity it adds to a beer to the different flavors and styles it helps create.
And don't worry, this isn't a lecture! You'll get to sip your way through a beer flight, ask questions, enjoy some bar snacks, and even take home a crowler.
Whether you're a longtime craft beer fan or simply curious about what goes into your favorite pint, this is a great opportunity to learn a little more about beer while enjoying some great ones along the way.
