Through Spinal Energetics, Reiki, movement, journaling, and reflection, you’ll be guided back to the parts of yourself that are ready to be felt, moved, and empowered.

What is Spinal Energetics?

Spinal Energetics is a body-based healing modality that works with the spine, nervous system, and energetic field. It uses gentle touch and intuitive presence to help the body release tension, regulate energy, and re-pattern holding. This work often brings spontaneous movement, waves of emotion, or shifts in consciousness — all led by your system's readiness and safety.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that supports the natural flow of life force energy in the body. Using hands-on or hands-near-the-body techniques, Reiki encourages deep relaxation, clears energetic blocks, and helps the nervous system shift into rest and repair. It’s a subtle yet powerful tool for emotional and energetic reset.

• Glaucoma or retinal detachment

Elena is a specialist in energetic and somatic bodywork, supporting women and men in both 1:1 and group settings to reconnect with their bodies and deepen inner awareness. With a strong focus on nervous system support and somatic reconditioning, her work gently guides clients to release tension and long-held stories stored in the body. Through body-based energy healing — including Spinal Energetics, Reiki, crystals, and somatic enquiry — Elena offers a space for restoration, reconnection, and transformation from within.

Shenel Eray (@the_crystal_company_london)
Shenel is a Reiki Master, somatic coach, and certified crystal master, blending intuitive energy work with grounded somatic tools. Her sessions are designed to support emotional release, energetic alignment, and empowerment. As founder of The Crystal Company London, she brings a wealth of vibrational wisdom and passion for helping others return to balance, clarity, and energetic flow.

1. Assumption of Risk

You understand and acknowledge that wellness services such as Reiki, Crystal Healing, Spinal Energetics, and other energy-based practices involve the use of energy and may involve physical touch or pressure. These practices may bring up physical, emotional, and or mental experiences, and may have effects that differ from person to person. You voluntarily assume the risks associated with these Services and agree to proceed with them at your own discretion.

2. Health and Medical Disclosure

You affirm that all information provided to [Rosabelle Moon Healing & The Crystal Company London ] regarding your health, mental health, and medical conditions is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You agree to inform your practitioner of any changes to your health status during your course of treatment, including pregnancy, injuries, medications, and any other medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in wellness services.

You confirm that you are not receiving treatment for any of the following conditions outlined in the contraindications outlined earlier which would preclude you from being treated with Spinal Energetics:

You are responsible for:

- Disclosing any existing health conditions or medications to your practitioner.

- Seeking appropriate medical advice if you are unsure whether these services are suitable for you.

4. No Guarantees

You acknowledge that while the practitioners at [Rosabelle Moon Healing ] use a variety of techniques and practices, no specific results, outcomes, or guarantees can be made. Each individual’s healing process is unique, and results may vary.

5. Liability Waiver

By reading this , you waive any and all claims of liability against [Rosabelle Moon Healing & The crystal company London] and its practitioners, including but not limited to claims for physical injury, emotional distress, or any other damages that may arise in connection with your participation in the wellness services. You understand that you are engaging in these services voluntarily and at your own risk.

6. Respect for Practitioners and Professional Boundaries

You agree to maintain a respectful, professional attitude towards the practitioner during all sessions. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session, with no refunds or compensation.

7. Confidentiality

10. Acknowledgement of Terms and Conditions

You confirm that you have had the opportunity to ask questions and fully understand the scope of services provided, as well as any risks involved.

12. Practitioner’s Statement

The practitioner affirms that they have provided a safe, respectful, and professional environment for the client to receive the wellness services. The practitioner has discussed the potential risks, scope of services, and the client’s individual needs, as well as any contraindications that may affect the treatment. All services will be delivered in accordance with professional guidelines, ensuring the well-being of the client throughout the process.
