About this Event
Surah al-Ma’un is a short chapter of the Qur’an that centres on common kindness — the everyday acts of care and responsibility that often sit quietly in the background of faith, but is integral.
On Common Kindness is an intimate House of Sakina gathering created to explore this theme through guided reflection on the surah, with space to consider how its message relates to daily life.
The afternoon is designed to be calm, reflective, and thoughtfully facilitated — combining Qur’anic reflection, guided creativity, and a shared act of service.
This is a space to engage with the Qur’an in a way that feels grounded, intentional, and lived.
