About this Event
Nothing says nightmare like a damp, musty crawl space with mystery puddles and the scent of fungi!
In this surprisingly fun and eye-opening course, you’ll learn what really happens beneath the floorboards and why it matters more than most buyers (or agents) realize. We’ll cover standing water, vapor barriers, ductwork disasters, fungal freak-outs, and critters who think they own the place. You’ll leave armed with the knowledge to spot red flags, explain the risks, and help your clients avoid a soggy money pit.
Get ready to laugh, learn, and love crawl spaces—well, almost.
CE credit has never been this dirty.
