UoE Sport x Girls Night In is a relaxed, welcoming evening designed to make sport and physical activity more accessible for women and girls, whether youβre completely new, returning after a break, or just keen to try something different.
From beginner-friendly team sports and fitness classes to self-defence, lifting, climbing, and wellbeing talks, this event is all about trying things out without pressure. No experience needed, no judgement - just a supportive space to move, learn, and connect.
You can book onto sessions, drop into open gym spaces, and speak to charities and societies. Come on your own or bring friends, everything is designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and welcome.
