Join Us for Self Love & Self Compassion Yin Nidra
This Yin Nidra session is an invitation to slow down, soften, and truly take time for yourself. Through long-held, deeply supported yin postures using props and bolsters, you’ll be guided into a state of gentle release: physically, emotionally, and energetically.
We will spend two hours resting in yin positions that encourage deep relaxation and self-compassion, allowing the body and nervous system to unwind at their own pace. From there, you’ll be led into a guided Yoga Nidra, offering space to integrate, restore, and reconnect with a sense of inner ease.
Throughout the session, Reiki healing will be offered to all participants, supporting balance and renewal on every level. Leave feeling nourished, grounded, and completely restored—held in stillness, care, and self-love.
