Settle into your own cozy sacred nest as the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments invite you into deep rest and relaxation.
Through gentle breathwork, guided meditation, and an immersive sound journey, you'll be invited to soften the tension you've been carrying, release the pressure to do it all, and make space for a little more calm, clarity, and joy.

Your little cosmic nudge to arrive 5–10 minutes early so you have time to settle into your cozy sacred nest before we begin.
At 11:00 AM, the doors will close and the sound bath will begin, allowing everyone to fully relax into the experience without interruptions. Please plan accordingly, as late arrivals cannot be accommodated once the doors close.
