Unwind Women's Circle
If you're the one who holds it all together — the fixer, the giver, the one everyone else leans on — this women's circle is for you.
Unwind Women's Circle is a small, sacred gathering for people-pleasers and perfectionists ready to set down the emotional weight of caring for everyone else. It's a space to connect, be heard, and hear how other women navigate the pressure to do it all — often while neglecting themselves.
No performing.
No fixing anyone else's problems.
Just open connection and permission to just be.
How it works:
We'll open with a short talk on a topic related to people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-compassion.
From there, the floor is open. Sharing is invited, never required. Sometimes the most healing thing is simply listening to another woman say the thing you've felt for years but haven't found the words to describe.
We'll close with a short grounding meditation, then you're welcome to stay, chat, and enjoy coffee or tea to keep the conversation going.

- This is a peer support space, not therapy or a 12-step meeting.
- Please arrive a few minutes early — we'll begin right at 10:00am so everyone gets full time to share.
