About this Event
Take a little time for yourself. Step away from the busyness of everyday life and settle into an afternoon of slow movement, deep rest and gentle sensory comforts.
Join Hati Yoga for a calming yin yoga and relaxation experience, designed to help you slow down, soften your focus and enjoy some time just being.
We’ll begin by settling into a softly lit space, surrounded by gentle background music and a peaceful atmosphere. Through a slow, accessible yin yoga practice, we’ll explore supported poses held for time, allowing you to ease out of your usual pace and turn your attention inwards.
We’ll then move into guided yoga nidra, a restful practice inviting you to lie comfortably and follow a gentle journey towards stillness. There’ll be an optional aromatherapy mist, a self-heating lavender eye mask for your final relaxation, and time to return slowly with a cup of herbal tea and a little sweet treat.
✨ Your evening includes:
● A slow, beginner-friendly yin yoga practice
● A calming, softly lit atmosphere with gentle background music to support your relaxation
● An optional aromatherapy experience
● Guided yoga nidra and a long, restful relaxation
● A self-heating lavender eye mask, with an alternative available
● Herbal tea and a little sweet treat
No previous yoga experience is needed. This is an opportunity to rest, not to achieve anything. Poses will be supported, options will be offered, and you are always welcome to adapt or skip anything that doesn’t feel right for you.
What to bring
Please bring your own comfort pack: a bolster or one or two firm pillows, one or two blankets, and a small cushion. Wear comfortable, cosy layers so you can stay warm during the longer periods of stillness.
Spaces will be limited to keep the experience calm and personal.
Come as you are, get comfortable, and give yourself permission to unwind.
