UNSHAMED: A Sanctuary for Sexual Wholeness for Couples
Your weekend to stop performing and come home to your body, to your pleasure, and to each other.
What to Expect
This isn’t a lecture and it isn’t a worksheet. UNSHAMED is an embodied weekend built around somatic practice and honest conversation with your partner held in a small, intimate group, so that every couple receives real presence and attention.
Over three days together, you will:
• Uncover the belief systems and patterns quietly keeping you from the pleasure and fulfillment
• Learn to trust the wisdom of your bodies together, as a compass for what’s true in your relationship
• Move through guided somatic and ceremonial practices designed to open connection, not perform it
• Leave with a clear, unshamed action plan for the season ahead, built on sovereignty rather than obligation
You’ll be held throughout by Tara Galeano, a sex therapist turned embodiment coach with decades of experience guiding individuals and couples back to their bodies, their desire, and each other.

You’re both capable, successful- the ones who hold everything together for everyone but each other. You’ve been called distant. You’ve called yourself broken. None of that is the truth. It’s a sign you’re ready to come home to each other.

This is a non-residential retreat. Lodging is not included, so you’re welcome to arrange accommodations nearby that suit you. Please also bring your lunch on Saturday, as there are no restaurants close by.

Info: DAY 1 | FRIDAY: Arrival & Grounding – Gently arriving in the space, setting intentions, and establishing the somatic and emotional safety of our container.
· Welcome + settling in
· Opening circle: naming what you're ready to let go of both individually and as a couple
· Guided release practice: grounding into your bodies and dropping the masks
· Gentle partner ritual to close the day and set shared intentions

Saturday Morning
Info: DAY 2 | SATURDAY: Embodied Liberation, Voice & Release: A guided session focused on expressing and releasing stored emotion, allowing your voice to reclaim the truth of your body without constraint. Morning movement to awaken sensuality.
· Session 1: Naming the shame patterns- what you've been carrying individually and as a couple
· Session 2: Reclaiming your bodies as compasses- practices for listening to your own desires

Saturday Afternoon
Info: Integration & Witnessing – Deepening into shared reflection, group witnessing, and practices to anchor your unfolding truth. Afternoon experiential: sensual embodiment (solo and partnered practices, clothed)
· Session 3: Erotic communication—how to ask for what you truly want; intimate sharing circle + guided reflection

Sunday Morning
Info: DAY 3 | SUNDAY: Closing & Embodied Forward Motion – Integrating insights, honoring the journey, and creating a personal roadmap to carry your unshamed wholeness into daily life. Morning mindfulness + closing embodiment practice

· Commitment ceremony + closing circle

Meals. Please plan to eat before arriving on Friday, bring your own lunch on Saturday and eat before coming on Sunday.
