About this Event
You can prepare your talking points. You can’t script every conversation.
Whether you’re leading a meeting, navigating a difficult exchange, or stepping into a new role, being present and responding in the moment can make all the difference.
Join The Iron Network for a playful, practical evening exploring what improvisation can teach us about how we communicate, connect, and lead.
Through guided improv exercises, real-time interaction, and shared reflection, you’ll explore how you show up, respond under pressure, navigate power dynamics, and build trust with the people around you.
We’ll work with voice, body language, active listening, and spontaneity to discover how small shifts in your presence and responses can change the way you connect with others.
Whether you’re looking to strengthen your leadership presence, contribute more confidently, or simply stretch yourself, this workshop offers space to experiment and try new approaches—without the pressure to get everything right.
You’ll leave with:
- Practical ways to speak with greater confidence and presence.
- A deeper awareness of how status, power, and group dynamics shape interactions.
- Tools to listen more closely, think on your feet, and respond to the unexpected.
- New ways to build trust, strengthen relationships, and lead with greater authenticity.
No acting or improv experience needed. Just curiosity and a willingness to try something new.
Come for fresh perspectives and practical learning, and enjoy a drink, some nibbles, and time to connect with other women—with a little laughter along the way.
