Sometimes the hardest part of meditation is simply making the time and showing up. I'm here to help! If your week has been full, busy, or overwhelming, or even if it hasn't, this is your invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Start or continue your meditation journey, here.
Join us Fridays at 6pm for a calming guided meditation designed to help you release the stress of the week, quiet the mind, and return to yourself before heading into the weekend. Each meditation is unique, offering a chance to explore stillness, presence, and inner peace. Meditations vary in that some are very simple, stress releasers and some you will be guided through ethereal scenes, bringing forward spirit guides offering messages and gifts. After meditation, participants often stay and share. Conversations naturally unfold about what came up in meditation, personal insights & experiences, life's mysteries, and whatever else. You are not required to stay, however, the group connection is often just as meaningful as the meditation itself.
