Unpaid Carers Information Day
Join us in person for Carers Rights Day, a community event where you'll get tons of helpful info and support tailored just for unpaid carers from different organisations in Trafford. It's a great chance to connect with organisations who can support you and your loved one, learn about how to protect you both and learn your rights as a carer.
We will have different talks and workshops such as:
- Q&A with a panel of key local leaders, decision-makers and representatives from across Trafford’s health, social care and public services.
- Wills and LPA's
- Funeral Planning with Coop Altrincham
- Future and Emergency Planning Workshop with Trafford Carers Centre
- Care Funding and Direct Payments with Trafford Councils Direct Payments
- Getting people with disabilities into work with Altrincham Football Club
