About this Event

This isn’t about making art—it’s about making space in your mind using creativity. A grounded practice using doodles to reduce stress, regain mental clarity and self-expression.

Kitsilano based local artist, Divinity Chan will guide you through low-pressure exercises using shapes, lines, and colours to calm your system and recharge your mind.

By engaging in guided doodling, you’ll:

  • Tap into lateral thinking
  • Approach problems from new angles
  • Reconnect with idea flow and curiosity

No creative skill needed
Supplies provided or BYO (bring your own)
Hosted at the Kitsilano Vancouver Public Library

Attend one, a few or all 8 sessions and walk away with practical techniques you can use at your desk or when you’re feeling stuck. No art skills required—just curiosity and the willingness to play.
Note: This is not a replacement for therapy, but a creative self-care space.

Date: monthly on the 3rd Sundays - January 2026- December 2026

Time: 12pm-1pm

Admission: Free...Sign up to secure your spot due to limited seating.
