UNLEASHED is a beginner-friendly heels dance fitness class designed to build confidence from the inside out.
Blending strength-based movement with feminine, sensual choreography, this class focuses on helping you feel more connected, capable, and comfortable in your body.
Through beginner-friendly movement, strength work, and guided choreography, this class creates space to explore confidence in a way that feels safe, supportive, and real. It’s feminine, it’s strong, and it’s rooted in how you feel, not how you look.
WHAT TO WEAR:
-Comfortable clothing / costume that will allow you to move freely
-Athletic shoes or grip socks recommended for beginners
-Heels are optional and must have a wide, rubber base (chunky heels or wedges)
WHO CAN ATTEND:
This class is a women-only class that is open to all fitness and dance levels.
