Using conscious connected breathwork combined with immersive sound, binaural beats, hypnotic suggestion, guided coaching and somatic release techniques, this experience takes you beyond simply thinking about change and invites you to experience it through the body.
You’ll experience the journey through headphones while resting comfortably on your own air mattress, provided and prepared for you — creating a private, immersive space to disconnect from outside distractions and fully enter the experience.
