About this Event
A playful and empowering experience designed to reconnect you with your inner goddess. Shakti, the feminine energy within all of us and life force.
Through primal movements, dance, sacred rage, somatic sensuality self touch, voice activation, and self-expression, we’ll release what’s been held inside and awaken the energy within.
Come move, play, express, and connect with your power in a supportive and safe space of sisterhood, freedom, and fun.
About the facilitator:
Sama Shakti is a yoga teacher, vocalist, sound healer, and movement artist devoted to awakening Shakti (the innate life force and creative energy within). For a decade, she has guided transformative experiences through movement, breath, voice, sound, mantra, and intuitive dance.
Inspired by her studies of Kundalini Yoga in India, Sama’s offerings invite participants to reconnect with their bodies, awaken their vitality, release what feels blocked, and access the power that already lives within.
