A Conference for Parkinson’s Disease Patients and their Families/Care Partners
Wednesday, September 30, 2026 | 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.| Embassy Suites La Vista Hotel and Conference Center | 12520 Westport Parkway, La Vista
The event and parking are free, but registration is required.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- You will not need a ticket to attend, you'll give the name you registered under at the check-in table.
- Check-in table opens at 8:00 am where you will be given a conference booklet and meal ticket if you have ordred a special meal. Please do not check-in or be seated before 8:00 am as the venue and exhibitors will still be setting up for your arrival. Program begins at 9:00am.
- If after you register you can no longer attend, please email us at [email protected] so we can open your vacated spot to someone else.
- At the end of the registration process, you will have the opportunity to submit questions for the Q&A session.

- Please bring a sweater/jacket or dress in layers as the temperature of the venue space may be difficult to regulate.
