What to Expect
Allow the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and soothing frequencies to guide you into deep relaxation, gently quieting the mind and inviting the body back into balance.
There’s no experience necessary simply come, get comfortable, and give yourself permission to pause and recharge.
Chairs will be provided, but if you prefer to lie down and get extra cozy, you’re welcome to bring a yoga mat or blanket.

- Water
- Comfortable clothing
- Eye mask (optional, for a deeper or more immersive experience)
- Journal and pen (optional, for reflection or journaling afterward)
- Anything else that helps you feel comfortable and relaxed
