Abigail Lynn Bossart, MD is a board certified neurologist specializing in movement disorders. She completed medical school training and neurology residency at the University of Utah.Dr. Bossart is currently a Movement Disorders Fellow with Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) and Portland VA PADRECC, where she is part of a nationally recognized neurology department known for its advanced research and clinical training programs. OHSU’s Department of Neurology is actively involved in clinical trials and research focused on Parkinson’s disease, stroke, epilepsy, and other neurological conditions.Her clinical and research interests include understanding how social determinants of health shape neurologic disease, as well as in palliative care and the delicate art of prognostication. Outside of clinic, she enjoys baking sweet treats to share, creative writing, and outdoor adventures, and has loved exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest during her fellowship.
