Neurodivergent burnout is more than feeling tired, it is the cumulative impact of masking, chronic stress, sensory overload, and the pressure to meet unrealistic expectations. This workshop explores how burnout develops, how to recognise the warning signs, and why recovery looks different for neurodivergent people. Participants will gain practical, neuro-affirming strategies to reduce overwhelm, establish sustainable supports, and prioritise wellbeing in everyday life.

Hervey Bay Neighbourhood Centre, 22 Charles Street Pialba
Tickets are $20
