Practical strategies for employers, managers, supervisors and team leaders Today's employers are navigating significant changes in workforce expectations, communication styles, motivation, accountability and attitudes towards work.
Many are asking:
Why do younger workers think differently about work than we did?
Why are they leaving so quickly?
Why don't they communicate the way we used to?
Why do expectations seem so different?
How do we hold people accountable without creating conflict?
How do we successfully lead and engage younger generations entering today's workforce?
Without practical understanding and effective leadership approaches, these differences can create frustration, communication breakdowns, workplace friction, disengagement, reduce productivity and increase staff turnover.
This engaging and practical workshop provides employers with greater insight into the experiences, perspectives and expectations shaping younger generations in today's workplace.
Participants will gain practical tools and strategies to:
Better understand younger workers and their workplace expectations
Strengthen communication across generational differences
Navigate difficult conversations with greater confidence
Build stronger engagement, accountability and workplace relationships
Reduce misunderstandings and workplace friction
Create workplaces where people can contribute, learn and succeed
Grounded in real New Zealand workplace experience, this workshop focuses on practical approaches that can be applied immediately within your own workplace.
