About this Event
The holidays have a way of speeding everyone up. This one's for slowing back down.
Underneath the Singing Willow is a guided meditation and sound journey created to bring you peace and relaxation. To calm the mind and relax the body. You'll settle in, follow the meditation inward, and let the singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments carry you the rest of the way. No performance, no pressure to "get it right." Just breath, stillness, and sound doing what they do.
What to expect:

Live sound and vibration
Deep rest
No meditation background needed. Wear whatever you'd wear to nap in. Bring anything that makes it easier to get comfortable on the floor. Chairs are available upon request.
There's nowhere to get to underneath the willow. Just a place to listen, soften, and remember what's already there.
Bring anything you need to be comfortanble lying on the floor. Some mats, blankets and pillow sare available.

Beverages with lids are allowed on the floor.
