Solve a real case for DANI and compete for $1,400 in prizes. Virtual Case Launch Sunday, November 8, presentations Saturday, November 14.
About this Event

UEC is back for its second year, now co-hosted by the Schulich Entrepreneurship Club (SEC) and the Rotman Commerce International Business Association (RCIBA). Undergraduate students from Schulich, Rotman Commerce, and other universities will compete in teams of 3 to 4 to solve a real business challenge and pitch their solutions directly to professionals.

🧩 How it works

This year’s case is presented by DANI (Developing and Nurturing Independence), a Toronto charity supporting adults with developmental disabilities. Teams will hear the challenge directly from DANI, build data-driven recommendations, and pitch them to industry judges, using their business skills to create real social impact.

🤝 Our Sponsors

UEC 2026 is proudly supported by DoorDash and Desjardins.

💰 Prizes: $1,400 total
🥇 1st Place: $800
🥈 2nd Place: $400
🥉 3rd Place: $200
