As we reach the end of summer, the days grow shorter and the nights darker, we reach for the warmer, fuller-bodied wines, and so often we leave white wines behind with the summer sun.But since it would be such a shame to forget the many golden-hued wines on our shelves as we reach September and beyond, tonight we're devoting our glasses to the white wines that befit the new season, the bold and the buttery, the oaked and the savoury.
Our shop tastings start at 7.30pm and run for approximately one-and-a-half to two hours. We will taste six to eight wines on a theme, and bread, cheese, and charcuterie are provided to match with the wines. Due to the communal nature of the tasting, we are unable to cater for dietary requirements.
