I built Uncovering because I needed it too.
I'm Cass Brookes, the founder of Uncovering.
I had the family, success and security. I held it all together and lost touch with myself.
When my nervous system went into overdrive, I could no longer ignore what my body had been telling me for over a decade: it was time to come home.
Uncovering is the space I wish I’d had then. Somewhere to pause, listen and find my way back.
Now, I get to hold that space for you.

12:30pm arrival for a 1pm start. Session until around 5pm, with connection until 6pm.
