The band was co-founded by Kevin Galloway and Hal Jon Vorpahl, and over the years, it has included members such as Mike Carpenter, Doug Strahan, Jon "Jonny Keys" Grossman, Josh Greco, and Drew Scherger . Their music blends roots rock, country, and Americana, often described as “County Pop” with a nostalgic 1970s vibe.
