👁️ A fascinating documentary in which American filmmaker Beth Lane uncovers the past of her family—seven Jewish siblings who managed to survive together in Nazi Germany. A moving film experience featuring a personal Q&A with the director herself.🤝 We will be screening the film for its Czech premiere in collaboration with the National Pedagogical Museum, which is preparing an exhibition dedicated to those who rescued vulnerable children at risk during WWII.
The documentary UnBroken tells the unbelievable story of Ginger Lane, who is still alive today, and her siblings, who survived the Second World War in hiding on a farm near Berlin. The film is a powerful testimony to resilience, the heroism of ordinary people and intergenerational memory.
