So many of us have learned to be agreeable.
To be grateful for what we’re given.
To make ourselves easier to love, easier to handle, easier to understand.
But underneath all of that is a woman with needs, desires, opinions and a voice that deserves to be heard. What happens when a woman stops waiting to be chosen, understood or given permission?
UNBOUND is an evening for the women who are ready to get honest about what they want and want to learn how to better ask for it.
Inspired in part by Kasia Urbaniak’s work and book Unbound, Empria and Jody are bringing you all together to explore the power of your words, the patterns that keep us quiet and the energy we’ve been holding back. We’ll talk about desire, boundaries, asking for more and taking up space in our own lives.
Through open sharing, small group work and journaling, we’ll make room for the parts of ourselves we have been keeping contained.
Bring a friend or come on your own.
There will be tea, snacks and a room full of women ready to meet you there.
