Paint & Unwind is exactly what it sounds like: a canvas, a brush, a cup of tea and snacks, and a room full of women who needed an afternoon that wasn't for anyone else. No experience required — a local artist walks you through it, and the worst-case outcome is a painting only you will love.
It's hosted by Dr. Tabassum Nafsi at The Nafsi Institute, so somewhere between coats you'll get five minutes of a physician's honest take on protecting your energy after 40. Then back to the canvas.
Bring a friend. Leave with a painting, a slower heart rate, and one thing you didn't know about yourself.
