Tired of putting yourself last? Wondering who you are beyond being everything to everyone?
Message me “UNBECOMING”, your age and what’s drawing you to this to express your interest. Places are limited to keep the group small and give everyone space to participate.
I’m Lucy, a somatic psychotherapist, and I’m offering this first group free of charge in exchange for your weekly attendance, honest feedback and a written testimonial about your experience.
Six Thursdays, starting 5 November, 7–8.30 pm NSW time, live on Zoom. Maximum 10 places. You must be able to commit to all six sessions.
Please only apply if you can commit to all six sessions. You’ll confirm your availability once the time is set.
Through conversation, reflection and body-based practices, we’ll explore:
� Week 1: Who you are beneath your roles.
� Week 2: People-pleasing and being “good”.
� Week 3: Anger, boundaries and speaking up.
� Week 4: Desire, pleasure and what you want.
� Week 5: Making room for something new—even without a plan.
� Week 6: Choosing how you want to live from here.
Maybe you’ve spent years being the reliable one, holding everything together. This is a space to ask: What do I actually want now?
