Through music by Mahler, Fauré, Duparc, Santoliquido, and Timothy C. Takach, mezzo-soprano Lindsay Kate Brown and pianist Dr. Jeong-Eun Lee follow a journey from heartbreak and imagined escape toward remembrance, transformation, and self-possession. Brown, Assistant Professor of Voice at LSU, and Lee, Assistant Professor of Collaborative Piano, bring together their shared commitment to expressive, text-centered collaboration.
