[FR en dessous]🌿💫 Ecstatic Heart Journey – Workshops and Ecstatic Dance with Umanaya ! 💫🌿
Ecstatic Dance Strasbourg is honored to host Umanaya for a full day celebrating Samhain, exploring ourselves together through the arts of well-being, voice, movement, and music!
✨ We invite you on a journey, an exploration, a ritual where we will gather in this special moment: Samhain, the Day of the dead...
The Celtic New Year. 🍂
Celebrating the harvests and the abundance.
By sharing, singing and dance...
🕯️ Honoring the ancestors, those who walked before us,
And who are also a part of us.
Through deep breaths,
let us make peace with what is buried.
To welcome the fertile Presence
With feet firmly grounded! 🌱
The starry beings will then sing to us
What the future wishes to manifest. ✨
The Open Heart will dance toward the Universe,
Harvesting the messages to be planted on Earth. 🌍

🌬️ Breathwork with Oualim and Tiskae
This Breathwork, called "rebirthing," helps release the automatic patterns of the breath, freeing tensions and emotions, and regulating the nervous system to return to a state of peace and well-being with oneself, always at each person's own pace.
This space will be opened by Oualim with voice guidance, supported by Roxanne.
Tiskae will accompany us through the journey with his various intuitive instruments, respecting everyone's rhythm.
⚠️ There are contraindications for certain medical conditions — if this applies to you, please let us know beforehand.
🎶 Vocal exploration with Nik and Cyrielle
In this workshop, you will be guided in freeing your voice through polyphony and improvisation exercises.
The voice is an instrument as intimate as it is powerful. A tool of prayer and healing, together we will share a common vibration.
🧡 Cacao Circle
Known as the "Medicine of the Heart," Ceremonial Cacao will accompany us on this journey as we drink it together and share our songs, intentions, and inspirations, empowered by the circle.
It provides great energy and heals body and spirit, notably through "theobromine," a happiness molecule that connects the head to the heart!
💃 Organic Ecstatic Dance with Umanaya
A grounding "embodiment" introduction and two hours of live music invite you into deep introspection, to express your emotions, and to discover yourself and others through movement and sound — no drugs, no alcohol, no words, no shoes!
🥁 Umanaya offers a captivating fusion of instruments that awaken the senses.
With handpan, beatbox, percussion, guitar, didgeridoo, jaw harp, and various flutes, they create music that is partly improvised, taking the audience on a journey through varied soundscapes — as soft and melodious as they are powerful and rhythmic!
