About this Event
A high-energy fitness experience designed for people who want to challenge themselves, try multiple disciplines, and compete with like minded fitness enthusiasts. Participants can take individual classes or commit to the full three-class challenge, followed by a free sunset stroll/run to St Mary's by The Sea
Open to the community ages 18+! Win a prize for completing all 3 back to back classes! All participants have a chance to earn free services and gifts from sponsors.

Info: Starting off with our mobility class, an intense warm up with a fusion of yoga and mat pilates

Info: Nonstop high intensity drills. Conditioning focus on strength and core. Get ready to sweat!

Boxing/Kickboxing
Info: Don't stop without a fight,finish the classes with the most high-energy experience led by professional fighters

Sunset Run/Walk
Info: Free portion of the event, open to attendees and community members. We leave from the gym and head to St. Mary's (1.7miles) in time to catch the sunset. There will be two groups one to run and one to walk. If you are not attending a class and want to join doors open 4:30. Can join us running or walking back or go solo.
