About this Event
In a world that constantly asks us to do more, achieve more and become more, what if we simply allowed ourselves to be?
Inspired by the wisdom of Mahayana Buddhism and modern psychology, this gentle and interactive workshop invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and explore the art of mindful living.Through guided meditation, breathing exercises, body awareness and self-compassion practices, we will discover how to observe our thoughts without getting caught up in them, embrace the present moment and find a little more peace within ourselves.
No previous meditation experience is needed — just curiosity, an open mind and a willingness to pause.
Come as you are. Breathe. Feel. Simply be.

Our first Nooks are now open in Glasgow’s Merchant City and in Marischal Square, Aberdeen. Our skilled and compassionate staff are ready to support you, seven days a week.
The Nook is a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment. When visiting/participating I agree to treat everyone facilitating and attending this event with respect.
