Karolina Wensierska: „In Between”
Spektakl solo bada stan zawieszenia w przestrzeni pomiędzy życiem a śmiercią, radością a smutkiem. Tematem centralnym jest relacja z własnym ciałem, materialną powłoką, która funkcjonuje jednocześnie jako źródło cierpienia i pole pułapek oraz jako przestrzeń schronienia.

Yuko Kaseki – „Properties of Fluids”
Interdyscyplinarny performance stworzony przez Yuko Kaseki – wybitną japońską tancerkę butoh i choreografkę mieszkającą w Berlinie do kompozycji muzycznej Lukasa Cane. Spektakl stanowi bezpośredni międzynarodowy dialog, badający ciało jako żywe miejsce pamięci, transformacji i oporu.
Artyści dekonstruują tradycyjne wyobrażenia na temat płci, biologii ciała oraz przynależności społecznej, eksplorując obszary kobiecości, queerness i płynnej tożsamości. Surowa, bezkompromisowa struktura sceniczna tworzy przestrzeń, w której bezbronność, niejednoznaczność i wyobraźnia stają się jedynymi narzędziami autentycznego kontaktu i ludzkiej możliwości.

Join us for a performance evening featuring 2 solo works: "In Between" by Karolina Wensierska and "Properties of Fluids" by Yuko Kaseki.
Program:
Karolina Wensierska: "In Between"
A solo performance exploring the state of suspension between life and death, joy and sorrow. The core theme is the relationship with one's own body a material shell that functions simultaneously as a source of suffering and a field of traps, as well as a space of sanctuary.

Yuko Kaseki – "Properties of Fluids"
An interdisciplinary performance created by Yuko Kaseki an acclaimed Japanese butoh dancer and choreographer based in Berlin set to a musical composition by Lukas Cane. The piece constitutes a direct international dialog investigating the body as a living site of memory, transformation, and resistance.
The artists deconstruct traditional notions of gender, bodily biology, and social belonging, exploring the realms of femininity, queerness, and fluid identity. The raw, uncompromising stage structure creates a space where vulnerability, ambiguity, and imagination become the sole tools for authentic contact and human potential.
