Welcome to the TXPPC Annual Conference!
Join the Texas Public Plan Coalition (TXPPC) in Austin for our annual educational conference designed for public and nonprofit professionals involved in retirement plan oversight and public finance strategy. TXPPC brings together plan sponsors and industry partners for practical updates, meaningful peer discussion, and relationship-building—without the sales pressure. We adhere to a strict non-solicitation policy so attendees can focus on learning, best practices, and real conversations that move the work forward.
This year’s conference will be held at the Stephen F. Austin Royal Sonesta Hotel. Attendees will arrive Wednesday evening, October 7, and TXPPC will host a welcome happy hour and dinner that night. Programming begins Thursday morning, October 8 with breakfast at 8:00 AM, followed by sessions and a working discussion. Lunch will be provided, and we’ll conclude at 3:00 PM.
