About this Event
Join us for an introduction to Ayurveda, the ancient sister science of yoga. This traditional system of holistic health offers insight into our individual needs and practical ways to support balance in everyday life.
Together, we'll explore foundational Ayurvedic concepts and how they can help us better understand ourselves, recognize patterns of imbalance, and make choices that support our well-being, especially as we move into the colder months.
What to Expect
Each one-hour session includes:
- 30 minutes of Ayurvedic learning: Explore foundational concepts, seasonal wellness, and practical tips you can incorporate into daily life.
- 30 minutes of yoga: Enjoy a yoga practice designed to support balance and well-being during the fall and winter seasons.
Two Sessions, One Seasonal Journey
Each session will build on the other, offering opportunities to deepen your understanding and put what you learn into practice. Attending both sessions is encouraged so you can get the most from the series, but it is not required.
Whether you're new to Ayurveda or curious about how its principles can complement your existing yoga or wellness practice, you're welcome here.
Come curious, move mindfully, and discover new ways to support your well-being this season.
