About this Event
Every relationship has moments of disconnection, but for neurodiverse couples, differences in communication styles, sensory needs, emotional processing, and regulation can sometimes make it difficult to feel understood and connected. Partners may find themselves caught in recurring patterns of misunderstanding, frustration, withdrawal, or conflict—even when both deeply care about one another.
This interactive workshop offers neurodiverse couples and individuals an opportunity to better understand their relationship through the lens of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). We will explore the negative cycle that can develop between partners, learn to recognize vulnerable emotions beneath conflict, and discover new ways to communicate with greater empathy, curiosity, and compassion.
The goal is not to eliminate differences, but to help couples understand their patterns, honor each partner’s needs, and start building new ways of responding to one another with care and connection. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of their relationship dynamics and practical tools they can begin using in everyday life.
We are looking forward to working with you,
