The room will be adorned with subtle Christmas decorations, creating a peaceful yet festive environment for your practice. Think soft fairy lights, a small tree decorated with ornaments, and a scattering of pinecones and greenery.
🧘♀️ Christmas-Themed Yoga Session:
Led by Aleena McKinnon, this gentle, heart-opening yoga session is designed to release holiday stress and bring balance to your body and mind. You’ll flow through soothing, mindful movements inspired by the season, with poses like Tree Pose (Vrksasana) to help you feel grounded and steady, and Snowflake Breaths to bring a sense of calm and presence. The session will end with a peaceful Holiday Meditation, where you’ll focus on gratitude, peace, and being present for the season.
